RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery date. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the original and return shipping charges. We will only return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We are not responsible for any product damage that occurs during shipping. Please notify us by e-mail if you intend to return an item.

SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service. If requested we can ship by UPS (United Parcel Service). Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to your order. Customer will be notified via e-mail when item has been shipped.
